Electronic copy products are typically in PDF format but may also be in Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Access formats. The format that a product is available in is typically specified on that product’s product page. There are various licenses available in electronic format.

Online Access:The details of your online access will be emailed to you after receipt of your order and payment.

Map Digital: A map, in Electronic format, typically emailed to you after receipt of your order and payment.

What ordering methods are available?

There are two ordering methods available:

1. Order Online: This is the quickest method of placing your order with us. From our product pages, simply select the format of the product you wish to order on the right hand side of the screen, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. Our website will forward you to your "My Shopping Cart" page from which you can "Proceed to pay", or continue shopping.

How do I add an item to my Cart?

You can add an item to your Cart from the right hand side of its product page. First click the check box beside the format option you wish to order, and then click the "Add to Cart" button below this to add that option to your Cart.

How do I access my Shopping Cart?

When you have completed adding products to your Cart you can review all the contents by clicking the "My Cart" button on the top right of our website.

How do I edit the contents of the Cart?

On your "My Shopping Cart" page you can remove a product by clicking the "Remove" link.

2. Order by Mail: From your "My Shopping Cart" click "Order by Mail" button, you will be redirected to "Order by Mail" page where you can edit your product list and your details. Then Click on "Order by Mail" button from the bottom right of the page. You will receive an email on your registered mail ID with the your Order No. and Invoice. Kindly take a print out of that Invoice and send us the same along with the DD/Cheque or Wire Transfer confirmation details to the below address:

What is a CVV Number/Where can I locate it?

CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/Mastercard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card’s account number For American Express, the four-digit CVV number is printed on the front of the card above the card account number .

Can I be invoiced for my order?

After your order has been placed — either online, via mail — an official invoice will be emailed to you if paying via wire transfer or company cheque.

If making payment via credit card you can download your invoice from your dashboard.

We can of course issue you with both an invoice and receipt (once payment has been received) regardless of the payment method chosen if you wish.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received our Orders Department will arrange for dispatch of your order.

Please note that your order will not be dispatched until we have received payment.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Due to the various time zones our customers are located in, the timeline for delivery with each customer can vary. However, we strive to dispatch electronic product in 1 business day or sooner subsequent to receipt of payment.

Products that require shipping will take longer to dispatch and generally arrive in 5 to 7 business days after receipt of your order and payment.

We're afraid that we sell products in their entirety only as listed in our Media Kit options. We found that information in products could be taken out of context if we sold select sections from products.

What price is the product in my currency?

As we are based in India, all transactions are carried out through Rupees.

Is tax added to the product price?

All Orders are subject to Service tax of 12.36%.

Due to the nature of the products we sell we're afraid that we are not able to arrange for dispatch of an order until payment has been received in full against that order.

What is OutdoorMediaPlan.com's refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of the products we sell (being information based they are essentially consumed as they are purchased and cannot easily be returned) we do not provide refunds for orders, or accept returns.
